Job Summary:

The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of analysts on a daily basis to ensure banking activities, daily cash management, and the maintenance of all bank accounts are met.

Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Finance/Accounting and 1 year of related work
  • Experience in multi-unit real estate/hospitality accounting environment a
  • Experience with on-line bank reporting
  • Experience with Treasury Workstations a plus
  • Experience with JD Edwards a plus
  • Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel (mid-level preferred).
  • Must be knowledgeable in wires, ACH, and BAI codes used by the banking
  • Ability to learn new technology
  • Ability to work with deadlines and take a creative approach to problem
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to work with minimum
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Effective written and oral communication
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise team of analysts with daily banking activity for all assets. Includes daily reconciliation of activity to maintain proper account balances within tracking
  • Assist with month-end checklist for team to ensure no deadlines are
  • Assist in planning and implementation of payments optimization processes.
  • Monitor daily bank account balances for all accounts and notify senior management of problems in advance.
  • Manage Centralized Disbursement Account process
  • Release daily wires, ACH transfers, and bank transfers from multiple accounts as
  • Assist with audits in regards to cash handling when
  • Establish and maintain multiple accounts across a broad spectrum of banks as needed for individual assets. Work directly with asset owners, senior management, and hotel management to obtain all necessary paperwork for new accounts or for changes.
  • Assist hotels and staff with ad-hoc Treasury projects as
  • Maintain signers and online users for various accounts based on segregation of
  • Recommend and implement new banking products, services and cost saving
  • Assist with process improvements, program enhancements and streamlining
