Position Summary: The Trial Equipment Supervisor provides day to day supervision of all employees in the Trial Program department. This position ensures that all processes are done in a timely manner. The Trial Equipment Supervisor works closely with other departments to resolve issues. This role is heavily involved in the development of direct reports by conducting performance reviews, providing regular feedback, and creating a culture of Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, and upholding our Mission. The Trial Equipment Supervisor maintains high product quality standards by adhering to quality procedures and work instructions. The Trial Equipment Supervisor participates in developing the annual department budget and working within the approved budget limits. This role also takes on continuous improvement activities to achieve key performance indicator (KPI) targets and other goals and objectives set for the department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides daily supervision to department employees to ensure their duties are completed according to their job descriptions.
• Responsible for receiving and logging all service loaners and returned trial equipment in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• Thoroughly cleans the incoming devices as directed by established procedures.
• Processes the shipping paperwork for all outgoing shipments.
• Maintains a safe work environment.
• Develops staff.
• Achieves high quality standards by enforcing established procedures and work instructions.
• Assists in developing the budget and works within the approved budget.
• Charges, confirms software version, and tests trial devices before shipping to customer.
• Follows up with customers who have overdue service loaners.
• Works with other departments to provide trial device information. Follows up with the customers to confirm continued use of the device and has the latest software.
• Provides equipment for trainings, conferences, exhibits, camps, and new product trainings.
• Maintains the device installed base and the device status in the ERP.
• Strives to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good working relationships.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to work well without direct supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with others. Must be tactful and patient.
• Strong verbal communication and written skills is required.
• Ability to effectively deal with the public.
• Must have a high tolerance for distressed (angry) callers and a high level of patience and empathy for speaking impaired callers.
• Be flexible and willing to adjust to rapidly changing priorities.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 3 years of experience in an ERP environment is required.
• Two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Microsoft Office training or experience preferred.
• An understanding of the PRC-Saltillo Consultant Network and its function within the company is preferred.
