ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Driver (class A or B) will deliver products daily throughout New England, Monday through Friday only. Drivers may be required to make multiple deliveries per day. The right person for this role will drive and operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and efficient manner with a can-do attitude.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Drive daily to customer locations throughout New England (day trips - no overnights).
• Load and unload products.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and rental equipment pick-ups.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations, including speed limits and weight limits.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure that the vehicle is in good working order.
• Report any mechanical problems or safety hazards to the Dispatcher.
• Communicate effectively with CSI’s dispatcher, yard team, and customers.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a driver is required.
• A minimum of a Class B license or better is required.
• Willingness to obtain a hoisting license for a truck-mounted forklift, Hazmat endorsement, and TWIC card.
• Endorsements are not needed at time of hire.
