Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
The University Talent Acquisition Recruiter, with the support of a Campus Coordinator, will work to execute the campus strategy; from recruiting activities, fostering university relationships, building the firm's brand and image on campus and most importantly, providing clients with guidance on the recruitment processes and being an ambassador to Crowe’s firm wide Campus Strategy and mission.
The University Talent Acquisition Recruiter will assist in the development and implementation of a best-in-class campus recruiting program and will be accountable for managing all programs of the Campus Recruitment team including Crowe’s National Summer Leadership Program (Learn2Lead) and Internship Program.

This role will cover much of the New York and New England area.
Specific Knowledge/Skills
- The focus of this role is to manage university relations, activities, and meet the staffing goals for the business units of the firm.
- Implement/maintain programs to advance the firm's ability to attract top students.
- Recruit directly for leadership, intern and full-time candidates.
- Maintain & communicate statistics, reports and tracking of applicants.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System and conduct strict data management.
- Build a diverse pipeline - Increase diversity across campus program and attend/lead national diversity conference(s).
- Develop and advance relationships with students, faculty and career services.
- Consult with Crowe representatives at all levels including BU leaders, local office recruiting executives and school relationship managers.
- Source, recruit and manage annual campus goals and objectives.
- Develop new and innovative methods to differentiate Crowe on campus, build brand recognition, sell and improve acceptance ratios.
- Attend and participate in on-campus events, interviews, etc.
- Make positive candidate experience a priority.
- Use Handshake, LinkedIn, Employee Referrals and other direct source recruiting methods to find and engage talented and diverse candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven campus recruiting experience required.
- Public accounting or other professional services industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success recruiting at multiple universities in highly aggressive and competitive markets.
- Proven consulting skills with client-facing experience and ability to manage relationships at all levels including senior leadership.
- Strong ability to track, build and maintain reports and communicate effective work summaries to clients.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office package (primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint), applicant tracking databases (iCIMS preferred), Internet, etc.
- Experience or familiarity with recruiting for highly technical and business positions depending on client needs.
- 50% travel during peak campus recruiting period in the fall.
- Superior organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills with ability to lead and manage.
- Strong communication, verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Professional, positive and mature attitude with good business acumen.
- Strong team, interpersonal and collaborative skills with keen ability to work with diverse groups of people

Talent Solutions (TS): TS helps Crowe attract, develop and retain the talent needed to meet and exceed Firmwide strategic goals. TS is organized into six delivery units:
- Learning and Talent Development Strategy - this area executes the firm’s strategy relative to the learning and development of our people including training, performance, career and leadership development.
- Internal Communications and Employment Branding: this area manages the execution of strategies to communicate with our people, improve the firm’s employment brand awareness in the market, and strengthen the firm’s reputation and our people’s development through corporate social responsibility efforts.
- Talent Acquisition - this area executes the recruiting strategy to position us competitively in meeting the needs of the business for both campus and experienced talent.
- Crowe Human Resource Services - this area executes the HR strategy and relative to critical people processes, procedures and tasks which occur throughout the year and through the various stages of the employee lifecycle – from hire to exit.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $58,480.00 to $118,680.00.
