Used Car Safety Technician Job at Holz Motors Inc.
We are looking for an Auto Service Technician and Mechanic to join our team performing safety inspections on our used cars at our Watertown, WI location. Apply online or stop in and see Dean Duston at 1717 Utah Street, Watertown.
Responsibilities
- Perform work on multiple types of vehicles as specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Department and Used Car Department if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
