Our ideal candidate:
- has at least 1 year of success in a SALES profession (NOT necessarily Car Sales), with the same employer
- Has a pleasant, outgoing personality. A "people" person.
- Has a working knowledge and understanding of the various car makes and models
- Is looking for a place to call "Home"
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has a professional demeanor and maintains a professional appearance.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist Customers in selecting the perfect vehicle
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to assure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications
- Available to work evening hours & weekends
- A love for the automobile. Our most successful Associates love cars and trucks
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
