Large Solar Company located in Richardson, Texas is looking for a Utility Sales Representative!

EXPERIENCE

• Selling products for the North American Utility and Storage markets
• Performs technical market and competitor analysis
• Is a product expert in the industry and within the company
• Identifies country-specific engineering requirements for photovoltaic solar systems
• Synthesizes market, customer, and other feedback into product requirements
• Works with Product Development to manifest requirements in the product portfolio
• Collaborates with marketing to define and execute campaigns, taking into account product positioning, key benefits, and target customers
• Coordinates the market entry of new products in the respective geography

REQUIRED

• Engineering degree preferred
• Business degree or experience desired
• Knowledge of the PV industry - specifically in the Utilities market
• Familiarity with Commercial market segment of photovoltaics desired
• Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects and/or programs concurrently
• Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional, international teams
• Disposition towards value-based positioning within a market
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and technical
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
• Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual goals into actionable tasks
