Position: UX Research Professional
Location: Remote
Duration: 06 months + extendable
Responsiblities:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 5 or more years of user-research in a digital product/UX environment.
- Strong understanding of user-research techniques and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and influence stakeholders to determine business strategy in the digital space, develop and execute big ideas while maintaining collaborative working relationships.
- Experience working with business, technical and design guideline constraints.
- Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in defining research criteria, leading, or participating in user research, and providing analysis and direction to key stakeholders.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to be flexible in a very fluid and dynamic environment.
- Must be extremely well-organized and capable of handling multiple (and sometimes conflicting) priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Additional Information
- Experience working in a digital product environment.
- Experience leading moderated research with a variety of audiences.
- Experience using unmoderated/survey tools (e.g. UserZoom)
- Experience doing user-testing on low- and high-fidelity user-experiences.
