Job Summary:

NW Hosting is North Idaho's premier vacation rental management company, and we are looking for fast, reliable, attentive cleaners to join our team! As a Vacation Rental Cleaning Specialist, you will be crucial in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in our immaculate properties.

Responsibilities:

Clean and stage vacation rental units to our high standards

Clean bathrooms, kitchens (including appliances), bedrooms, general sitting rooms, and entryways

Earn Extra Cash: Manage laundry (washing/drying/folding) in-unit or at our office

Ensure the unit is always "guest-ready" with a personal touch

Drive to rental units and follow app-based scheduling software

Adhere to safety and health regulations

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and smartphone

Availability between 9 am-4 pm, including at least one weekend day

Previous cleaning experience recommended, preferably in vacation rental cleaning

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

Cleaners are paid a flat rate per unit, benchmarked with an estimated time to complete each unit.
