The eCommerce Quality Control position may function in various capacities within ClickGoodwill. Responsibilities
Evaluates all incoming merchandise for eCommerce auctions.
Critically analyzes merchandise; uses best practices to achieve maximum value for each donation in an eCommerce auction environment, including but not limited to grouping merchandise together.
Ability to meet production quota.
Maintains clean and orderly work area.
Other duties may be assigned.
Willing to cross train.
Follow safety procedures.
Attention to detail is a must.
Solid decision making skills.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.

The eCommerce Material Handler is responsible for the movement of inventory within the eCommerce facility, with the main focus being incoming and outgoing material flow at the dock area. Completing daily checklists (e.g. pre-shift and post-shift checklists, checklists for each outgoing load, etc.) and on time
Assisting retail team when needs arise (e.g. loading eBooks/eMedia totes onto conveyor for scanners)
Assisting in Pack-Ship area when needed
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Job Summary
The Retail Associate, eCommerce assists the management team in reaching the operational goals of the site by functioning in various capacities within the retail location. The titles of the various jobs the Retail Associate, eCommerce may be called upon to learn and work include: Picker, Packer and Shipping Clerk, eBook Scanner, eBook Picker, eBook Shipper, Material Handler, Jewelry Associate, or Customer Service Associate. The environment is production- and safety-focused. All positions have daily quotas to reach.
Hours of Operation: 7 AM-7 PM, Monday through Friday and Saturday, 7 AM-3:30 PM

Example Duties and Activities
Picker and eBook Picker:
Picks and fulfills customer orders and ensures accuracy by cross-referencing products with paper invoices.
Inspects each product’s condition and confirms with the description provided.
Packer, Shipping Clerk, and eBook Shipper:
Determines appropriate packaging for customer orders.
Prints out address labels and readies packages for shipment.
eBook Scanner:
Identifies quality merchandise by use of scanner gun.
Determines what books make it into inventory.
Material Handler:
Loads and unloads trucks.
Maintains clean and orderly work area
Assists retail team when needs arise.
Uses heavy equipment including pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and double stacker.
Jewelry Associates
Ensures all jewelry items received from the Goodwill retail sites are properly processed, photographed, posted, picked, and shipped.
Customer Service Associates
Generates and responds to all customer communications via Shopgoodwill.com tickets, emails, phone calls, or in-person.
Schedules pick-up appointments
Pre-picks and organizes customer orders.
Works with each department within the facility to resolve issues as they arise.
