Veterinary Technician Job at Montrose Animal Hospital and Pet Hotel
Montrose Animal Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable veterinary technician with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task in small animal practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and be able to draw blood, place IV catheters, calculate drug dosages, anesthesia monitoring, have a vast knowledge of veterinary diseases, read and set up lab samples, and administer medications. The main responsibilities of this position are to be the right hand to our doctors and provide outstanding patient care. Communication with our clients and staff members is vital and candidates must be professional and courteous at all times. Individuals must be dependable, work well with others and be able to strive in a fast-paced environment. Credentialed veterinary technicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
