VP NI Sales


Your Skills

  • Manage the overall New Installation product line responsibilities for Sales
  • Serve as a Management Committee member for the US Business and drive all Sales growth and profitability strategies for New Installations
  • Lead Group Sales and Product launch strategy for the US Busniess ensuring all required processes, tools, etc. are implemented
  • Drive various initiatives across the organization to ensure profitability and protect margins
  • Prepare and drive long term strategy to retain and gain higher market share in Elevator & Escalator business
  • Anticipate and evaluate the sales risks to achieve the strategic plan and apply contingency alternatives on agreement with the Zone
  • Work with Area, Branches and Districts across the US driving market and growth strategy
  • Work closely with Marketing and Communication team on Sales and branding strategy
  • Maintain and update sales processes and tools at Country Level while also harmonizing Group guidelines and principles.

Your Experience

  • Achievement orientation and execution of short and long-term business strategies designed to assure the profitable growth of the Company.
  • Able to create a high impact by understanding, evaluating, and improving Schindler Sales process and methods.
  • High analytical skills and ability to lead strategically to drive results.
  • Well-rounded business and personal leadership skills, capable of positively impacting performance of the US Business.
  • Building and maintaining high level of customer focus, ultimately leading to sales growth opportunities.
  • Leverage employee skills, experience, continuous improvement, and people orientation through effective employee development programs.

Transit Management
  • Develops and executes the PORT growth strategy with focus on sales numbers and the PORT long-term roadmap.
  • Provides guidance and support to Field Operation teams on PORT sales, commercialization initiatives, and training and certification.
  • Responsible for building marketing strategy for PORT.
