This is a remote position after 4 weeks of on-site training, but it is required that you live in the Orlando/Central Florida area to be considered for this opportunity.

As a VOA Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Interact with trial owners in a blended inbound & outbound environment
- Assist guests in upgrading and buying Vacation Traveler packages
- Work with the trial owners to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce cancellations
- Consistently meet metrics and goals
To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Fluent in Spanish is preferred. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Additional Information
- PAY: $16.00/hour (+ $.50 for language differential)
- + Commission opportunities
- + Shift differential (10% Monday-Friday after 5pm and Saturday 15%)
Training Schedule: All Paid Training!
- Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM (Weeks 1 - 2)
- Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 6:00PM (Weeks 3 - 4)
Hours of Operation
- Monday - Friday 12:30PM - 9:00PM
- Saturday 9:00AM - 5:30PM
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands
Ability to operate a P/C, facsimile, telephone, calculator, and other related office equipment. Ability to sit at a desk and/or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to visually review handwritten and computer-generated documents, as well as view a P/C screen. Ability to make and receive telephone calls.
