As a VP of Operations at Smart Apartment Data, you will be charged with running the day-to-day of an organization. You will be responsible for overall business performance, driving efficiencies, and cost reduction with a focus on 30% strategy and 70% tactical execution. You must be very good at leading, managing, and holding individuals accountable in an organization. A key aspect of your role will involve working with teams to ensure the right KPIs are in place to reflect the company's strategy and that they are reviewed at the appropriate cadence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· You will be charged with running the day-to-day of an organization.

· You will be responsible for overall business performance, driving efficiencies, and cost reduction with a focus on 30% strategy and 70% tactical execution.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, project scope, and objectives, with a focus on driving cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.

· Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and potential risks.

· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's technology stack, systems, and tools to recommend appropriate solutions.

· Design and implement technology-driven solutions to streamline and automate business processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

· Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new processes and systems.

· Work closely with teams to establish the right KPIs that reflect the company's strategy, ensuring they are consistently reviewed and adjusted based on performance and strategic objectives.

· Facilitate change management initiatives by developing communication plans, training materials, and support strategies to ensure a smooth transition.

· Monitor and track project progress, deliverables, and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as needed.

· Hold accountability for overall business performance, driving efficiencies, and cost reduction initiatives.

· Conduct post-implementation evaluations to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for continuous improvement.

· Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of experience in business integration, process improvement, or similar.

· Proven experience in driving cross-functional teams and establishing performance-driven KPIs.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and critically.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

· Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

· Familiarity with enterprise software applications, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
