OBJECTIVE SUMMARY:

As the* Ward Clerk/Front Desk Receptionist *you will be the first face residents and guests meet. This position will assist the Resident Care Manager in setting up appointments and transportation for our residents. This individual will also assist with chart review and retrieval of medical records from follow-up appointments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist Resident Care Manager with daily duties as assigned
• Prepare documentation for resident appointments
• Set up transportation for resident appointments
• Obtain medical records from follow-up appointments
• Answering telephone
• Assist Business Office Manager with duties as assigned
• Greet guests, residents, and employees with warm and friendly welcome

Ideal Skills:

• Typing; Computer Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Medical Terminology
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Ability to be cross-trained to assist clinical team
