Position: Warehouse and Parts Manager

Job Summary:

The Warehouse and Parts Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse and parts inventory. The successful candidate will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of equipment and parts, ensuring that warehouse procedures and standards are developed and maintained. This position requires a professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of equipment, parts and supplies
• Ensure that warehouse procedures are developed and followed, including inventory control, cycle counting and stock replenishment
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse by developing and enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations, including OSHA requirements
• Work closely with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy and timely delivery of equipment, parts and supplies
• Monitor all warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance and use
• Prepare and present budget proposals, reports and any other relevant information to management
• Implement and maintain warehouse and inventory management systems
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or any other related field
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management and inventory control
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory practices and principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
• Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a forklift
