The Warehouse Partner is a role that is responsible for cataloging products and determining its grade. Accuracy and efficiency is the cornerstone of our success as a business. This position requires somebody who has a desire to directly impact the success of a business with their work ethic and attention to detail. We’re a fast paced but casual work environment that’s moving into a new growth stage and need people who are excited and passionate about the work they do and the team they are part of.
Responsibilities
Using a company provided iPad you will:
- Accurately find the item online by scanning a barcode (or manually searching if no barcode is available).
- Open the box (if there is a box).
- Determine the items condition based on a predefined criteria.
- Determine if the item should be grouped and sold with other items or sold alone for maximum profit.
- Take photos of the item.
- Tape box closed (if there is a box).
- Place an ID sticker (lot code) on the item or box.
Requirements:
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Proven history of strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new things.
- Adaptability to change.
- Technological literacy - Experience using an IOS device (iPad) is a plus but not required Training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment – Non temperature-controlled environment, lifting items/boxes overhead, standing for extended periods of time, squatting, ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
