Cut Sail 3PL (third party-logistics) is hiring at our Riverside California warehouse. We are a small warehousing and logistics company that does LTL & FTL in and small parcel out, primarily for ecommerce companies. Think Amazon Warehouse (but more enjoyable) and you have an idea of what we do! We pride ourselves on having a high performing and likable staff. Job Description:

• Pick and pack orders
• Process, package and ship orders accurately
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
• Organize warehouse space
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check, verify and fill orders
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
• Inbound/Outbound Truck Deliveries
• Forklift Operation (training provided)
• 8am to 5pm

Job Requirements:

• 24-40 Hour scheduled weekly over 3-5 days. Overtime is generally not needed, but may be asked for as needed during peak holiday season.
• SHIFT - Company hours of Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm. Monday is a requirement and a Saturday is rotated between staff. If you work Saturday you are guaranteed a day off during the week and we will do our best to give you choice of what day that is.
• Physically up to the job. Must be able to stand the majority of the day and lift up to 50lbs by yourself. (Heavy lifting is not constantly required, but may be needed at times.)
• Background check is required and must be clear.
