Maintenance Technician Duties:
- Ensuring a timely production supply with the help of the automatic storage system (HBW/M
- Rectifying functional issues as it pertains to both hardware and software systems
- Controlling, Updating and Improving system specific parameters; reducing errors
- Monitoring entire automatic warehouse control systems
- Corrective situations: Intervene and improve hardware and software disturbances
- Conduct minor to mid-level repairs
- Preventative maintenance on all functional operations as it pertains to automatic warehouse
- Area relevant data preparation for regular reporting and KPI
- Goods receiving (SAP + physical handling) in special situations like weekend or special transport (taxis)
- Indirect monitoring of operators in the area of repackaging and tugger train transport. Distribution of tasks and resources according to the current demand situation
Experience Required:
- Inventory management
- SAP experience
- Hands on mechanical experience (professional or personal, small repairs and adjustments to mechanicals will be needed)
- Not afraid of heights
- Great communication, written and verbal (need to work with a remote team in Germany for trouble shooting and then cascade information to the team)
