Warehouse Specialist / Delivery Driver

Johnstone Supply is currently hiring in Salinas for a full-time Warehouse Specialist / Delivery Driver to help ensure the seamless movement of product in and out of our warehouses. This is an opportunity to learn more about the HVAC trade in a team-oriented environment where employees are valued. You would also have your evenings and weekends free.

As a full-time Warehouse Specialist / Delivery Driver, you carefully operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to unload trucks and accurately receive products into the system. You also help pull orders and put away stock. With attention to detail, you prep orders for shipping by stacking items on pallets and wrapping securely. You process returns and warranties. As needed, you order and return compressed gas tanks. You also safely drive a company vehicle and deliver products to customers as a back-up delivery driver. Taking pride in your work, you ensure accurate inventory and help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. You enjoy keeping busy and feel good about making it easier for HVAC contractors to do business!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST / DELIVERY DRIVER

• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and perform other tasks associated with this shipping and receiving job including bending, kneeling, reaching, and squatting
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
