Our Turners Falls location is ready to grow, and our world-class team is looking for a passionate and motivated Warehouse Manager like you.

Warehouse Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership and direction for Warehouse Employees, activities including managing the team and assist in training, supervising, and evaluating.
• Develop warehouse operations, including recycling and rewinding systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day problem solving and reach short- and long-term performance goals through expanding use of Lean Manufacturing Tools like 5S, MDI, SMED, etc.
• Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
• Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Communicate and participate with Leadership team on packing performance results, safety issues, job assignments, strategic initiatives etc.
• Ensure compliance and continuous improvement for all labeling, packaging, and inventory responsibilities.
• In conjunction with Human Resources Department, responsible for scheduling, coaching and growth of staff to ensure highest level of performance and safety. Also, assist with hiring new staff.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

A strong Warehouse Manager will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Previous leadership role
• Project Management experience and ability to lead projects and teams of various scopes and complexity
• Ability to work well with others and lead a cross functional team.
• Sound and problematic decision making
• Strong continuous improvement mindset and experience implementing process and optimization.
• A sound decision-maker and problem-solver who is ready to go above and beyond
• A strong understanding of our safety mission and its importance
