The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring accurate receipt of product, order fulfillment and the optimization of resources and processes. They analyze and develop solutions related to workflow, quality, cycle time, team member safety and other key metrics while maintaining compliance with company policies. They foster a workplace where team members are engaged and committed to the success of the company.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving and delivery of products in a timely manner
• Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs
• Utilize docks, warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading/unloading time
• Provide timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs
• Develop and motivate your team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
• Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally
• Build people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel
• Maintain the inventory system to aid in production scheduling
• Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training
• Administrate time off and hourly employee time cards
• Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meet annual operating plan

Education and Experience

• Associates degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years previous leadership or supervisor experience in high-volume, order fulfillment warehouse.
• Experience or education is supply chain management is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, and warehouse management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
