Responsibilities:

• You must be available during 7am-7pm Saturday and Sunday.
• You must be able to go to any client that the administration assigns at a moment's notice.
• You will be paid for a minimum of 16 hours for the weekend regardless of whether or not you actually work that many hours.
• You will be compensated for any hours worked over the guaranteed 16 hour pay.
• You must be able to accept change at a moment's notice and be able to maintain composure when things change or difficult situations present themselves.
• Assist client with daily living activities while promoting a positive atmosphere with an individualized approach to care.
• Provide positive interaction with client and family that contribute to emotional health and wellness based upon individual holistic needs. Including but not limited to; spiritual needs, personal interests, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promoting personalized life enrichment for clients and families.
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to care team leaders.
• Collaborate with the care team, clients, and families for best care outcomes for the client and family.
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment while promoting preventive and personal wellness.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields preferred.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation. ANY AUTO ISSUES DOES NOT EXCUSE ABSENCE. COMPANY WILL UBER YOU AND DEDUCT FROM YOUR CHECK IF NECESSARY.
• Willingness to develop new skills and approaches to care in order to meet client needs on an individual basis.
• Punctuality and Reliability is a MUST!
• Ability to meet requirements on background check. Zero tolerance policy.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Ability to work in homes with pets and/or smoking.
