If you enjoy cleaning, a clearly defined work-shift, and feeling a sense of accomplishment after completing a task, you are a great fit for our team! We are a Maintenance/Janitorial company looking for responsible full time janitors to maintain our facilities!

Requirements include but not limited to:

• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Able to follow written instructions and job procedures.
• Have adequate communication skills.
• Be able and willing to use all types of janitorial equipment and chemicals required at job sites.
• Be able to perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, spot carpet cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, gyms, shower rooms, etc.
• Be flexible to help other team members and positions when needed.
• Be self-motivated and can complete tasks within the budgeted hours.
• Be on time and present for all shifts.
• Follow the dress code and be professional with customers and coworkers.
• Follow safety and health guidelines
