WORKERS COMPENSATION DEFENSE ATTORNEY (CHATSWORTH)
The Law Offices of Daniel K. Lee PC is a workers’ compensation defense firm providing coverage for employers, carriers and administrators across California with home offices in Southern California. We seek a workers’ compensation defense attorney. Junior, senior associate or, partner positions are available depending upon work experience and, book of business.
Attorneys are required to maintain inventory providing clients with strong communication, evaluation and assessment skills necessary to bring workers’ compensation claims to conclusions by settlement or trial in cost-effective manner.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $144,000 for junior associate attorneys and, up to $181,000 for starting partner attorneys depending upon experience. Benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with 6% match. Productivity and performance bonus available for hours exceeding expectations and for client development is offered. Paid Time Off includes time credit against billing expectations during PTO taken.
