We are looking for an individual to come grow with us! We're looking for a candidate who is a leader with experience in ultra high end luxury renovations and additions and people who are open for a challenge. We're looking for someone that can handle a fast paced work load. Our projects range from kitchen and bathroom remodels, to complete condo and/or home makeovers. We like our supervisors to be extremely organized, and who strive for excellence and will represent our brand well. Good listening skills, attention to detail, and follow up are essential for this job. You must have problem solving skills and be able to work independently from time to time while supervising others as well as communicating with subcontractors. We require the competencies of collaboration, negotiation and conflict management and most importantly, communication. We are a TEAM environment and support one another along the way.

You should know how to read plans and specifications. Schedule subcontractors while overseeing their performance to be sure their work is complete and accurate. You will be stepping in from time to time as a member of our production team and performing certain installation tasks. Time management and problem solving skills play a key role in this position as you will be accountable for multiple projects at the same time. A minimum of 4 years overseeing your own projects is desired. Knowledge of Coconstruct software is a plus. Must have you’re own basic tools.
