Caregiver Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will have the chance to perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, which include...

• Assisting with personal care
• Performing housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning the bathroom
• Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
• Errands
• Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.

Caregiver Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have at 1 years experience in home care, direct care or nursing home care under an RN supervision
• If you fall short of the 1 year experience or no experience, WE OFFER FREE HOME HEALTH AIDE TRAINING CLASSES
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification
