Provide overall supervision and accountability of youth- Ensure safety of all children and youth
- Be an active participant of the treatment team
- Provide on-going assistance to children and youth
- Provide life skills instruction to youth

- Demonstrate professionalism

- Bachelors degree preferred. Previous experience in residential programs or with troubled adolescents required.
