Spears Manufacturing is looking for 3rd shift operators. Operators rotate through different jobs and areas as well as get shift differential pay for 3rd shift. It doesn’t matter what experience you have or level you are at. We will train you on the various jobs we offer. You may be cutting, trimming, and packing parts one day or tending machines another. There are also many opportunities for advancement.
