Our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist helps our families by assuring the submission of insurance claims to payors, posting payments, and subsequent follow-ups to ensure claims are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Perform Verification and Re-Verification of benefits
• Obtain Authorization for services
• Submit accurate claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Research, resolve and resubmit any rejected claims in a timely manner
• Research and resolve insurance denials
• File appeals on denied or underpaid claims
• Check claim status on appropriate payor systems and contact insurances as needed
• Accurately post payments received from clients and payors
• Send Medical Records as requested

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in ABA billing and collections
• Knowledge of Current Procedural Terminology, and International Classification of Disease, Ninth Revision (including modifiers)
• Experience with Central Reach preferred
