The Account Manager, CTI, will identify and pursue sales opportunities, build commercial contacts with and support the appointed dealer network, in line with the vendor/partner agreements and sales plan, in order to realize the formulated sales objectives on lease penetration rate, new business volume (retail and wholesale) and vendor/partner profitability.
Day to Day
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships within an existing dealer base and leverage the DLL value proposition and vendor partnership to exceed retail and wholesale NBV and profitability goals.
- Define and implement a business plan and related targets within CRM in order to give systematic direction to and control over dealer support, sales and relationship activities.
- Identify sales opportunities with the dealer organizations and ensure follow up of opportunities.
- Establish strong internal relationships to effectively and efficiently process all NBV.
- Visit existing and prospective dealers, bringing attention to the vendor/partner program opportunities, to gain dealer support for vendor/partner program and originate quote requests.
- Train dealers’ sales team and other responsible dealer members in financing (leasing) and operational efficiencies. Sell dealer relationships on the value of systematic tools to improve efficiencies.
- Support dealer interactions with end users from a financing expertise perspective.
- Introduce new and cross sell existing products and services to (local) dealers.
- Develop commercial interdependencies to expand lease penetration rate.
- Structure complex transactions/big deals deviating from program agreement.
- Balance interests of dealer organization, end-user, vendor partner and DLL.
- Involve all relevant expertise (Risk, Operations, Legal, etc.) and bring together internal parties to structure deals.

Essentials
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Finance.
- Knowledge and experience in the US construction markets a plus.
- Proficiency in the finance and relevant lease markets, including both retail and inventory finance.
- Experience with CRM systems and related activities to manage account activities and NBV pipeline.
- Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail, quality, correctness, and deadlines.
- Proven ability to clearly communicate within a network organization and drive results.
- Ability to travel to meet dealers in person as well as tradeshows and other related industry events.
