Accounts Receivable Specialist Job at iVideo Technologies
An industry leading technology company is seeking an accounts receivable clerk for its Middleburg Heights, Ohio office. This position will be responsible for issuing invoices, processing client payments, maintain files, analyzing accounts receivable agings, and some general office tasks. Someone with knowledge of accounts receivable and/or general financial skills is being sought. Cash management associated wire wires, EFTs, credit cards, and checks will be a responsibility. In addition, this role will assist with employee benefits ensuring renewals are made, documentation is submitted and vendors are in compliance with requirements.

Qualifications
· Minimum of an associates degree.
· 1-4 years of relevant work experience.
· Fluent in Microsoft Office.
· Able to multitask and lead projects.
· Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.
· High energy, positive attitude and team player.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,355.13 - $49,677.55 per year
