ADMIN ASSISTANCE / ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER:
The APM role is a crucial part of our support staff to the Project Managers & Operations Manager.
The APM duties are as followed:
Assist with filing construction paperwork & documents relevant to ongoing & upcoming projects. Organization of our electronic files in DropBox/Google Drive. Assist with preparation of Change Orders to be submitted to clients/customers. Assisting with scheduling subcontractors/vendors for services needed at projects/jobsites. Ensuring all information collected from clients/customers for legal documents are completed correctly and provided to the correct departments. EX.- Permitting & Accounting. Assist in collecting bids/proposals/estimates from subcontractors & vendors to better propose final bids for clients & customers, then file in DropBox/Google Drive - if needed.
Participate in staff meetings while taking minute notes of the discussions held. Assist Project Managers & Operations Manager with phone calls, follow up emails, scheduling & invoice preparation.
The ideal candidate would have the following skills & experience:
1.) Microsoft or Google: Sheets/Excel, Doc's/Word
2.) Basic Math & Algebra Knowledge
3.) Ability to Multitask, attention to detail & problem solving/critical thinking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
