What will you do?
You are the first point of contact and liaison between clients and agents, and between agents and our executive leadership team. You will provide white glove service surpassing clients’ expectations and ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued. You will maintain a pristine front lobby and common areas, reorganizing and restocking as needed. You will support our executive leadership team in completing administrative tasks and projects. You will embody and exemplify our Keller Williams Culture and Philosophy.
Essential duties and responsibilities
· Engage with clients, agents, and leadership on a daily basis
· Greet everyone with warmth and sincerity
· Anticipate clients and agents needs and provide exceptional customer service
· Manage phones, emails, and intra-office communications
· Receive and distribute all mail and packages
· Facilitate agent/client key and check exchanges
· Ensure a pristine front lobby and common areas at all times
· Assist agents with weekend Open House preparations (eblast, signs, flyers)
· Maintain office inventory and place purchase orders
· Coordinate and confirm Vendor/Sponsor lunch orders
· Oversee the preparation and distribution of monthly training calendar
· Provide feedback to the leadership team on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the office
Qualifications
· Real Estate Experience
· Real Estate Admin Experience
· Customer Service/Executive Assistant (2+ years)
· Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills
· Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
· Service-Oriented Mindset
· Knowledge of Basic Office Equipment
· Skilled using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other similar programs
· Undergraduate Degree from an Accredited University
