What you will be doing:

  • Serve as Agile enterprise capability requirements manager and business process owner for the ACC Intelligence Directorate’s ISR Systems and Capabilities Division
  • Develop and manage a data-centric, workflow-enabled process for requirements tracking/visualization, change management, and stakeholder communication at scale to drive the scope, prioritization, scheduling, and resourcing of Lead Command-directed Agile software development efforts
  • Collaborate with mission systems program managers to elicit and track user-stories at scale (i.e., meta-requirements) from submission/validation through iteration/development to next evolution of meta-requirements
  • Using automated and semi-automated methods, collect data and perform cost, schedule, performance, and risk analysis necessary to inform direction and pace of ACC intelligence capability development
  • Assist in the continued software development and infrastructure management of a modernized, cloud-based, open-architecture Combat Air Force ISR mission systems requirements database that enables data-level integration and visualization of capability development processes across the full requirement lifecycle
  • Facilitate the successful release of new software features for intelligence Airmen by soliciting unit-level ideas and feedback at scale, synthesizing additional operational requirements, defining performance metrics, creating wire-frames and workflows, authoring product specifications, and coordinating cross-functionally
  • Engage and collaborate with IC data SMEs and appropriate program offices on associated tools and techniques to assess compatibility with the DoD and IC production enterprise
  • Capture both ACC OT&E and AF intelligence business processes, discover gaps and obstacles that inhibit the achievement of ACC capability development objectives, and translate that awareness (through effective generation of meta-requirements and Agile development planning) into organizational, procedural, and technological solutions with ACC software development partners
  • Advocate for and educate ACC staff members on Agile principles while crafting innovative methods to develop and manage users’ meta-requirements to drive Agile software development in terms of scope, cost, and schedule

What you will need:

  • Security Clearance Required: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in an intelligence- or software-related discipline with 10 years’ experience in Air Force intelligence operations and systems/solutions architecture, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
  • Experience with national-, AOC-, and unit-level data-centric intelligence tools and tradecraft
  • Experience with requirements and project management principles, techniques, and tools
  • Experience with digital transformation and organizational change management
  • Experience with Agile methodologies for capability development
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (or an equivalent project/process/data management suite)
  • Strong technical writing, presentation, and educational experience/skills
