Job Overview:
The Branch Administrative Manager will be responsible for leading our Allen & Company office support staff for the Linsco Employee Affiliation Model.
The Branch Administrative Manager will provide support to Allen & Company including but not limited to, direct management of Client Service Associates and office support staff, coordinate Financial Advisor support efforts delivered through our Client Service Associates, Service and Operations Teams, and collaborate with various business partners to support the day to day operations of the firm.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong branch operations background and proven ability to lead work efforts across multiple internal organizations.
Responsibilities:
Directly manage the Client Service Associates and office support staff
Strong ability to lead, empower and motivate employees through ambiguity and organizational change
Support individual team members career development and goals by providing meaning feedback real-time and during monthly 1:1’s
Lead performance management conversations and pay for performance compensation decisions
Manage team schedules including but not limited to PTO requests, adherence to schedule and capacity planning in workforce management tool
Fosters a culture of learning and development with a strong emphasis of coaching to the employee advisor experience
Drive workflow efficiencies and professional development opportunities for the support staff
Advocate and act as a liaison to our various Home Office departments, namely Operations and Service groups, on behalf of our Linsco Employee Affiliation Model
Partner with the National Branch Admin Manager to lead branch office administrative projects and initiatives for Allen & Co
What are we looking for?

Requirements:
2-3 years brokerage/financial services industry knowledge
Being able to obtain FINRA Series 7/66 within first 180 days
Experience collaborating with and leading individuals
Experience working with Financial Advisors, Branch and Home Office support teams
Strong knowledge and breadth of experience in financial services with background across both W2 advisor models
Proven ability to independently and efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to establish productive relationships and interact effectively with business partners at all levels

Preferences:
FINRA Series 24, 9/10
Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance

Pay Range:
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
