Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone 1 week every 5 weeks
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- 2+ years’ experience in maintenance
- 1+ years in multi-family housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Troubleshooting, repairing and installing common appliances (gas and electric)
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- CPO preferred but not required
- HVAC certification preferred but not required
- EPA certification strongly preferred but not required
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED for all maintenance staff
- Compensation is $20 - $23/hour
