Position Requirements:

• Experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCad, Enscape, and Photoshop
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Professional written and verbal communications
• Positive, discerning, trustworthy, with excellent follow-through
• Associate Degree in computer aided design or equivalent experience

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is a self-starter with integrity, high quality standards, and strong attention to detail
• Takes pride in accomplishing project goals and meeting team deadlines
• Has a positive outlook and likes learning new things
• Seeks to understand the multi-disciplined A/E design process, from concept to construction closeout
• Is comfortable working in a 5-person office as part of a nationwide team of 60 professionals
• Is willing and able to travel for project site visits to evaluate existing conditions

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing quality design documents for all project phases (conceptual, schematic design, design development, and construction documents)
• Working with all WBRC disciplines and consultants (architecture, engineering, interior design, and landscape architecture) to incorporate their design elements, refinements, and changes
• Advancing multiple projects under the supervision of experienced architectural staff
• Leveraging WBRC’s suite of design, communication, and project management tools
• Communicating effectively with the project team to help insure accurate, timely completion of each phase of a project
