Job Skills / Requirements

Qualifications:

* Must be at least 21 years or older. High School graduate or GED must be completed.

* First Aid CPR Cards

* Possess and maintain a valid State Guard Registration (Guard Card) from the state where employed

* Possess Exposed Firearm Permit with 9mm and .40 caliber endorsement

* Mandatory paid, firearm evaluation training at an off-site location - annual reevaluation after hire

* Fluent in English (fluency in other languages in addition to English is a plus)

* Must be willing to accept shift work, weekends and holidays if needed

* Time Management is a must and required of all employees

* Reliable transportation is a requirement

Agent Responsibilities:

Under direct supervision from Nastec Operations Management and Client Management, the Professional Security Agent position patrols assigned areas to ensure protection of client's visitors, property and equipment

* Utilize smartphone or similar device to maintain a daily activity report and create an incident report and/or facility maintenance report

* Respond to emergencies.

* Ability to use a two-way handheld radio to communicate with supervisor and other security agents
