Twin City Security is looking for Supervisor/Armed Security Officer to manage Madison County DHR Office in Huntsville, AL.
Main Responsibilities:
- Capable of conducting in depth interviews for the purpose of employing best qualified security officers.
- Skills to manage complex work schedules that includes limiting overtime while meeting the needs of the post location.
- Fairly and responsibly administer disciplinary actions
- Ensure employees are meeting the terms of the post order by conducting random compliance inspections
- Write detailed reports to include submitting bi-weekly payroll
- Obtain and maintain a valid Alabama security license
- Willing to work a post as a license security officer
Requirements/Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- Be of good moral character
- Pass a pre-employment background investigation/post-offer drug screen
- Be able to obtain and maintain state certification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
NO FELONY CONVICTIONS. NO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CONVICTIONS. Misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must qualify under Alabama State Regulatory Board (ASRB) laws and regulations.
