Our Assistant Managers report directly to our Restaurant General Managers. Our goal is that this partnership supports the future growth and development of our current managers so that they become future General Managers.

Responsibilities

• Financial and inventory management
• Crew assignment, training, and motivation of the team during your shift
• Customer relationship management
• Full accountability for how the shift runs under your watch.
• Typically work both opening and closing shifts each week
• Morning shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Afternoon shift: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Mid shift: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
