Color Pro Auto is a growing auto body shop in Livermore who serves dealerships, insurance companies and retail customers. We are looking for an individual with a passion for making customers happy, operating, and running the shop independently and smoothly while growing the business and working with team members to produce results. We believe in having fun while doing our job and building relationships with clients, automotive dealers and insurance partners in the local area.
We are seeking an individual that can plan, deliver, build trust with clients, achieve weekly/monthly goals, and help run our shop with the mindset of understanding growth and clients' needs. The right person’s enthusiasm, creativity and abilities to multi-task will be greatly appreciated and acknowledged.
This position is full time, Monday – Friday. We are somewhat flexible and willing to have someone work 4-5 days per week. For the first two weeks of training, hours will be from 10am-6:30pm. If you are not able to train during these times, please specify the hours that will work for you. Days and hours may be flexible once you are fully trained.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Build relationships with existing new customers by contacting them via phone/text/email/social media
- Help implement policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean working environment for all while keeping the shop organized and presentable
- Input/insert ideas beneficial to overall business growth and presentation
- Making sure all returns have been credited.
- maintaining managing inventory in/outgoing
- Understand and develop knowledge of supplies, products, & sales
- Collaborate with shop manger on operations of the store and decisions of hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employees
- Support automotive technicians in establishing and maintaining productive sales environment by training and developing teammates on all shop operations and guest services
- Assist with completing timecards, and assigning independent contractors end of month pay.
- Assist with invoicing/ posting PO’s and statements
- Leading your team to provide the best customer experience in the industry
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through the direction of front end and shop staff in the performance of quality vehicle repair and maintenance services
- Maintain focus on sales and margin goals
