You are:

  • To create outstanding and effective communication for the LUXURY BRAND brands in the region, through a combination of originating local work and to adapting global work. All will be for implementation across the full channel mix and end-to-end customer journey
  • To contribute to the creation of global ideas and executions that will be truly fit for local implementation
  • You will be expected to operate collaboratively with the global team, and across all departments within the regional team, to produce outstanding solutions on time and on brief. Often, super-fast.

The work:

  • Working with senior clients to help them articulate their message to their customers, translating these into creative outputs that are relevant, engaging and compelling.
  • Operating collaboratively across all departments and disciplines in the execution of campaigns to produce outstanding solutions on time and on brief.
  • Actively supports and mentor junior colleagues within the department, helping them build the right skills and behaviors that enhance their development.
  • Continually learns new skills that facilitate fresh ideas and innovative approaches to work.
  • Other ad hoc activities and projects as required

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years experience in copywriting

Bonus points if:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
  • You must be prepared to adopt and embody our key values of Care, Collaboration, Candour and Character
  • Experience of successfully leading a piece of business - from brief through to delivery; intuitively understanding key messages and campaign objectives.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to take a leading role in client and internal meetings, articulating ideas in a positive and confident manner.
  • Able to judge creative ideas and clearly communicate creative direction to others.
  • Ensure creative output is relevant and of the highest standard – ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the life of a campaign.
  • Self-motivated and driven; possess both the ability to work unsupervised and collaboratively with other teams.
  • Enthusiastic and unrelenting attitude towards helping the Agency produce better and better work

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level

of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY,

California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for Role

Albany County, NY: $67,600 to $134,900

California: $73,000 to $168,600

Colorado: $73,000 to $145,700

New York City: $84,500 to $168,600

Washington: $77,700 to $155,100
