Our ideal candidate is someone who has at least 3-5 years of experience working as a Finance Manager for an automotive dealership. You must be a self-starter who is compliant, good with paperwork, and on top of funding deals quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as liaison between the dealership and the lending partners
  • Utilizes a menu-based selling process
  • Presents financial services products in a transparent and compliant manner to every customer
  • Ensures every customer gets turned over to Finance
  • Tracks portfolios with lenders
  • Reviews and inspects the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals as well as the accuracy of all documents produced in the department
  • Demonstrates complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the dealership's best interests as a whole
  • Ensures adherence to the F&I reporting requirements of the company
  • Observes all federal, state, local, and company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
  • Ensures that the required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Provides timely and accurate reports as required
  • Ensures all sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Maintains accurate sales documentation
  • Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; some post-high school education or training preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working as a Finance Manager of a reputable, large-volume dealership
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Process-driven and able to initiate, implement, and monitor processes
  • Unwavering commitment to customer service
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong work ethic, excellent communications skills, and attention-to-detail
  • Computer-savvy and team-oriented
  • Reynolds Dealertrack RouteOne experience required
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management, and others
