You can currently join our team as an Awake Night (Overnight) Direct Care Staff. The Awake Night Youth Direct Care Staff remains awake throughout their shift to help ensure the safety of our campus and residents. In addition to helping residents if they awaken, some of your duties will include:

• notify caseworkers about significant incidents via email
• help with household chores
• general administrative work
• behavioral and crisis intervention work if residents wake and become escalated

FT THUR-SUN: Hours are 11pm - 9am, and will be on schedule 4 nights a week. This position is full time and eligible for our benefits package, including 100% employer-paid health insurance. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THUR-SUN NIGHTS!

Part-time Friday and Saturday: Hours are 11:00pm -9:00am on Friday and Saturday.

Qualifications:

* At least 21 years old.

* Bachelor's degree and/or residential treatment experience preferred.

* Possess good character and act as a role model for children and their families.

* Demonstrate sensitivity toward children and be able to understand dynamics of individual and group behavior.

*Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record (no more than 2 violations in a 3 year period). No past history of DWI or DUI.

* Physical capability to complete Restraint Training and exhibit skills in safely administering physical holds as needed.

* Good vision, hearing, and mobility essential to provide effective direct youth care management of emotionally troubled children.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.75 per hour
