Hip Hooray Co is a modern balloon decor business, delivering joy to Sacramento and surrounding areas. From quick Grab & Go pieces to dramatic large-scale installations, our memorable and personalized party decor is sure to create big smiles and stylish statements.

Job tasks range from creating, designing and installing balloon decor, assisting with styled photoshoots, and various studio support tasks.
This is a part-time job, with variable & flexible weekday hours (daytime or evenings) and Saturday-Sunday installs. Hourly rate starts at $15/hour with opportunity for growth.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Helping to build and install custom balloon decor in Sacramento and surrounding areas
- Fill balloons, create bouquets, and various other party support tasks
- Assist with styled photoshoots as needed
- Create social media content and strategy as needed
- General studio supply and inventory maintenance
- Cleaning, re-stocking, and organizing as needed
- Handing off Grab & Go orders to customers from our studio location
- Experience driving a delivery van or large vehicle is a plus.
Position Details:
- This is a part time, entry level position. Hourly rate is $15/hour with opportunity for growth.
- Must work weekends, with shifts primarily Thursday-Sunday (total hours will vary from week to week).
- Must be open to a flexible schedule based on our installation calendar.
- Must be available to work on-site at various locations in Sacramento.
- Must be able to physically carry items up to 50lbs max (not often).

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
