Position Overview:
We are looking for individuals that are passionate about crafting coffee but more importantly, high quality customer service. We are looking for individuals that take great pride in their artistry, and consistently work towards the team’s goals. Our Baristas represent our 4+ star brand, with gratitude, respect, attentiveness, and consistency. All together to achieve excellence! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Our Lead Baristas will share the knowledge, artistry, and coffee craft to all those willing to learn. Our team will continue to help guests create incredible memories!
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Provides efficient and friendly guest service by crafting their coffee to their preferred excellence
- Takes guest order at the counter
- Works with co-workers as a team to ensure guest satisfaction and a positive work environment
- Making of coffee and specialty coffee drinks
- Handles food in a safe manner and ensures the work areas are always clean and neat
- Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress codes
- Other duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older, as this role requires associates to handle alcohol
- Excellent guest service skills
- Detail-orientation in work approach
- Strong listener and communicator
- Ability to handle cash transactions and make deposits as necessary
- Ability to manage time well, meet imposed deadlines and ability to work flexible hours
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Guest service/hospitality preferred
