Hawaii's largest locally owned grocery retailer is looking for Bartenders (Casual) to join The Bar, Ala Moana team located in Foodland Farms Ala Moana. We are seeking high energy, responsible individuals who are passionate about creating a welcoming place for guests to enjoy high quality food & beverages.

Shifts available:

• weekend mornings
• weekday nights

Bartenders must have excellent customer service, be able to work and communicate well with others, follow directions and department/company standard operating procedures. Bartenders assist the bar manager by keeping the bar areas neat, clean, stocked, and organized. They interact with guests, anticipate their food & beverage needs, take their orders, enter orders into the system, as well as ensure that safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Bartenders must maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, and observe the company dress code. Bar staff must also abide by all company policies, house rules and guiding principles; support the company culture, values, and mission; and maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• previous bar experience preferred
• experience working in a high-volume food service establishment preferred
• liquor card preferred
• Must have TB Clearance
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements
