$16 - $18 an hour
The area supervisor is accountable for the training, cleaning, inspecting, and follow-up of all accounts in a designated territory.
Summary of Essential Position Functions:
- Training new hires on the company’s policies and procedures
- Daily recap completed
- Manage housekeeping budgets at each site
- Train and support employees in each facility- Know exactly what they are responsible for and inspect work
- Performing daily scheduled inspections in accordance with the detailed schedule
- Ensuring customer satisfaction- following up on customer issues within 24 hours of complaint
- Ensuring inventory is properly maintained in the building- Order supplies as necessary.
- Oversee staff to ensure all duties are completed per task schedule.
- Document all employee time missed and report to the HR department
- Administer corrective action for all employees as needed and provide signed documentation to HR
- Complete Monthly C-Player report with Area Manager
- Work in Cleantelligent Daily to respond to work orders and issues
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Develop a presence and relationship with customers and employees
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
