A candidate, armed with industry experience, problem-solving skills, and an ability to ensure quality will thrive in this role. This is an individual contributor role and requires a self-starter.
Location: Hall County, Georgia
Monday - Friday (Typical working hours between 1st and 2nd shift)

The Budd Group is looking for a candidate with quality assurance experience for a wonderful customer in Hall County, Georgia. - Works directly with Management and Hourly Associates to assure the implementation of standard cleaning programs and systems.
- Ensure that the organization's Quality Management System conforms to customer and regulatory/legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Industry Guidelines
- Responsible for assigning and completing internal quality checks of the facility and any customer-required audits.
- Report to branch and regional management on the performance of the Quality Management System (e.g. results of quality audits, corrective actions), including any needs for improvement
- Conduct periodic management review meetings of Quality Management Systems
- Responsible for accuracy and timely inspections and training as needed
- May oversees customer complaints and follow-up actions. Prepares corrective action reports for customers as required
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Industry Experience Required
- 2+ years of quality management experience (Quality Assurance)
- Proficiency with quality measuring tools and technology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- No direct reports
- Willingness to travel within the market on a regular basis
- Willingness to stand in for absent associates as needed
- Proven Leadership is needed. Must be able to influence others to drive change (cross-functionally).
- Requires the ability to determine, calculate, and summarize data/information. Includes performing subsequent actions in relation to these computation operations.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong computer and technical skills
